That service is free of charge if you buy more then two pieces! Otherwise the service is with extra-charge, depending on the amount of the changes!

Delivery Information
- We offer international shipping and FREE delivery in EU (see below).
- Orders are generally delivered within 5-14 business days in Estonia and 10-21 business days to other EU countries.
- Products may be available in stock or are made to order. Exclusivity guaranteed.
- Please note that we start to prepare your shipment after your payment has arrived to OY
- Athenais bank account. It may take up to 48 hours if you pay with a credit card.
- Customer will receive an e-mail with a shipment tracking number.
- If Virtuoza free delivery is not confirmed then, Customer needs to pay for delivery.
- The courier company will deliver the parcel to the address stated in the order. It is not possible to change it after the order has been made.
- The goods will be delivered by the courier with a delivery note. All deliveries must be signed for and Customer will be responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered and found to be in conformity to the contract. We strongly suggest to check the package before signing it and mark possible damages of the package on the delivery note. Please inform VIRTUOZA about damage packages on the address: info@virtuoza.ee
